Asst. Prof. Jagjeet Singh Gill
My M.Sc degree had been awarded in Extension Education with thesis title (Content analysis of “Mera Pind Mere Khet” Programme of Doordashan Kendra, Jalandhar) on 9 Oct 2014 from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana. I worked with B-Able, Project based on cultivation of rice, (Agriculture Skill council of India and Ministry of Agriculture (New Delhi) as Training officer for 5 months. In July 2014 I joined Chandigarh group of Colleges as Assistant Professor and worked there for 2 years. Then I joined CT group of Institutes as Assistant Professor and worked there for 7 months. Presently, I am working as Assistant Professor at University Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Chandigarh University since 02 july 2017 to till date. I Publish 9 research papers (6 International and 3 National). I presented more than 10 full length papers in different conferences. I got Scientist Associate Award by Society of Scientific development in Agriculture and Technology, Meerut (U.P.) at National Conference on Innovative and Current Advances in Agriculture and Allied Sciences at Prof. Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, Hyderabad in 2016. I also acted as reviewer for number of journals and also acted as editorial member for International journal. I taught about 100 credits in my academic career.
